"Before the coaching program, I was struggling with finances and building my online business. Though I had a traditional paying job, I had a lot of credit card debt and student loans. I did not have a positive relationship with money. I felt like every time I got money through my paycheck, it would immediately go to bills. Though I had my online business for 3 years, I still had mindset struggles regarding it. 

She gave me financial tips and tricks and dug deep into the root of my overspending tendencies. Her financial suggestions helped me cut down on unnecessary spending and helped me become more intentional with my purchases. I feel more confident and well-equipped to deal with negative thoughts, anxiety and depression! After our 12 weeks together, I was able to pay off one of my credit cards and am progressing through the rest!

  "I completed a four week coaching program with Alana. I am very glad I went through with it! Alana was very welcoming and made the process easy. My initial goal was to work on my physical health which was tied with my mental stresses. As the first session concluded I was able to recognize something bigger to process.
