I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist + Mindset & Manifestation coach obsessed with women's empowerment.
For many years, I struggled with unhealthy relationships, burnout in my career and unexpected health challenges.
I was stuck in a cycle of feeling discouraged and then pushing myself even harder, rather than smarter, to reach my goals.
